step one:
Prime lid with NYX jumbo eye pencil in Milk.
step two:
Saturate entire lid with a satin bright yellow.
Make sure this color does not go into the crease.
step three:
With a round crease brush, apply a shimmery medium
yellow all the way around the eye: crease, inner corner,
and beneath eye. Concentrate color to crease. This may
take quite a few layers depending on the shadow's intensity.
step six:
Lightly lay a buttery yellow shadow over the
bright yellow to help coheir the shadows.
step seven:
Almost any style of liner will work for this look. Here I chose
to do a short cat eye with liquid liner, then soften it by
laying a soft play on top and slightly above the liquid liner.

Mascara and done!
