[how to get this look]

step one:
Prime eyelid up the the crease with NYX jumbo
eye pencil in Milk. Soften and blend with finger.
step three:
Saturate eyelid, without going into the crease,
with a light matte turquoise.
step four:
With a short smudge brush, apply a darker matte turquoise in a large
"c" shape around outter crease and slightly onto the lower lash line.
Drag color along crease to the inner corner. Shadow should be lighter
at the inner most part of eyelid.
step five:
Line upper lash line with a black soft eyeliner pencil.
step six:
Mascara and done!
