If there is one thing you spend a little bit more money on in your makeup bag, it should be a primer. First of all, these types of products help shadow to last much longer through both normal wear and tear as well as sweatier of times. In addition it makes shadow colors more vibrant. Which means, you can purchase budget friendly, low quality shadows and get a higher quality look. You may think that $17 seems a bit much for a small tube of cream that isn't even seen when all is said and done, but it in fact lasts a good amount of time, and helps you save money in other areas.
